A little conversation

Me: "Where are you going, Jack?"
Jack: "Pooping."

He did. He went to his room and pooped! The clog has been removed...again!
However, I know it hurts him if I don't keep up with his Lactulose. Yesterday, he told me several times, "ouch, poop."
